In the distant rainforest lived an unusual animal with large ears – Cheburashka. One day he got into a box of oranges, and went on a long journey on a steamer. Cheburashka was so outlandish that he was not even taken to the zoo. So he started working in a store and living in a phone booth.
In the same city there lived a crocodile named Gena, who worked as a crocodile in the zoo. He was so lonely that he wrote an ad about finding friends. According to this ad, a girl Galya and Cheburashka came to the crocodile, and they decided to be friends with each other.
Friends decided to do a good deed and make friends with everyone who has no friends. They organized a Friendship house in Gena's house. The first customer was an old lady with a pet rat. She really liked the Gena, which, because of its color, merged with the lawn. The old lady suggested that he arrange various mischief together, because, in her opinion, you can not be famous for good deeds. When she learned that her friends had organized a Friendship house, she declared war on them.
