Я считаю, что у подростков стресс возрастает в школе и по мере взросления возрастает количество дел, которые необходимо выполнить: Учёба, Домашние дела, Внеклассные мероприятия, Занятия спортом... На социальном фронте открывается новый горизонт - знакомства, вечеринки и общение с друзьями. Между тем их постоянно отвлекают электронные СМИ. Подросток, научившийся совмещать все эти ожидания, находится под большим стрессом.
Подросток неожиданно должен вести себя как взрослый. От него ожидается, что он будет самостоятельно управляться со своими делами, принимать правильные решения, а также управлять своими финансами. Хотя большинство родителей жалуются на грязные спальни, неопрятные полки и шкафы, вонючие носки, недостающие вещи... но где же взять на всё это время !? Подростки просто не успевают сделать всё это, и давление делает их более склонными к беспокойству и депрессии.
Так что я считаю, что подростки испытывают такой же стресс, как и взрослые, потому как и сам через это прохожу по настоящее время.
