Miss Stamford works like a manager of The White Lake Restaurant. She comes to work every day early in the morning, checks emails and gives directions to staff. The chefs have prepared lists for the dishes today. The waiters will cover the red tablecloths and then decorate the tables with flowers. Of course, this is their daily job, but they are working harder this week.
