I'm on the Isle of Wight with my class for the weekend. We're learning to sail with an instructor called Danny.
Yesterday morning I was sailing in a small boat with my friend Jodie, when suddenly she stood up. I fell into the sea and it was very cold!
As soon as Danny saw me, he came to rescue me. I was lucky because he was very near the boat when the accident happened. But while he was helping me, I dropped my camera into the water and I lost all my photos!
Then I ran up the beach to our hotel and I put on some dry clothes. I felt much better after that, but I was upset about the camera.

Let's start with the fact that the name of the animal itself is unusual — "ai-ai". Ai-ai is a mammal that lives in the dense forests and bamboo jungles of Madagascar. The animal is usually silent. But when he gets scared, he shouts: "Rron-tzit!". And earlier it was believed that the beast makes sounds similar to "ai-ai".
Ai-ai's teeth are like a squirrel's. There are no fangs, and there are only two incisors from above and below, and the nests of ai-ai are made, similar to squirrels. In general, the animal belongs to the order of primates, the family is the centipedes. And the second name of this animal is rukonozhka.
As for the teeth of the animal, the incisors are without roots, they grow all their lives, the enamel is only on the front side, there is no enamel at the back. Teeth are self–sharpening. Ai-ai gnaws the bark, making a hole in it, thrusts a third finger into this hole – and grab, the larva is trapped. With the help of a finger, the animal even drinks water. He dips his finger, and quickly sucks, and again performs similar movements.
