The last decade has been significantly marked by the rapid development of modern technologies. Modern technologies are beginning to include new educational technologies that effectively and qualitatively change the material of cultural content with the help of a computer. The Internet, e-mail, digital television have firmly taken a place in our lives, which often takes a back seat to the established media, especially among the younger generation. Communication ceases to be one-sided, it manifests an element of interactivity. The question of the impact of modern technologies on the younger generation appears in a new light. The amount of information available to every teenager in our time, it increases many times, the spread of news is diverse and very rapidly. Grouped into the world wide web, the text is covered with hypertext fields, new unimpeded connections created by "someone" appear in it, it completely loses the author's words and the semantic completeness built by the author.
Exploring the impact of modern technologies on the younger generation, it is possible to consider the Internet as a characteristic environment that forms social relations. Of course, modern technology plays a significant role in the lives of adolescents – it is both a means of communication and a source of information. The study of the socio-cultural situation in post-Soviet Russia shows that the increased development of media culture, especially audiovisual (cinema, video, computer games, satellite television), very actively affects the younger generation on their public consciousness as a powerful means of information, as a factor in the development of creative abilities in adolescents. Today it is obvious that the Internet, the computer, the smartphone give to the teenager the right of individual communication in an interactive mode both for knowledge of the interesting information, and for realization of the creative ideas.

Исследуя влияние современных технологий на подрастающее поколение, дозволительно рассматривать Интернет в качестве характерной среды формирующей общественные отношения. Разумеется, современные технологии играют значительную роль в жизни подростков – это и средство общения, и источник информации. Исследование социокультурной ситуации в постсоветской России показывают что, усиленное развитие медиакультуры, а особенно аудиовизуальной (кино, видео, компьютерные игры, спутниковое телевидение), очень активно влияет на подрастающее поколение на их общественное сознание как мощное средство информации, как фактор развития у подростка творческих На сегодняшний день очевидно, что интернет, компьютер, смартфон предоставляют подростку право индивидуального общения в интерактивном режиме как для познания интересующей информации, так и для реализации своих творческих идей.
