Больной Орлов вызвал врача из поликлиники. Сам пойти он не мог,поскольку температура его была около 38. Вскоре на вызов пришла доктор Смирнова,опытный терапевт
Доктор Смирнова хотела знать,на что жалуется больной. Пациент ответил,что два дня назад появился сухой короткий болезненный кашель и одышка. Больной на боль в горле и за грудиной. Доктор Смирнова послушала сердце и лёгкие,а затем измерила артериальное давление. Давление и сердечный ритм были в норме. Но в лёгких прослушивались сухие и влажные хрипы. Частота дыхания была значительно увеличена. На слизистой оболочке бронхов было много выделений. 
На основе всего этого,доктор поставила диагноз (острый бронхит,пневмония,простуда)
