It was a Monday morning when I decided to travel to Garrissa but on my way to the bus stop I met with a girl who I knew before. She was also going for holiday in Nairobi. We chatted for some time but instead of leaving and saying bye to each other I followed her to the bus stadium where we boarded the same bus and continued chatting. As time went lastly I found myself in Nairobi, I didn’t know what to do. I decided to follow her up to where her relatives lived. When we went there we were welcomed and entertained a little bit, then her relatives asked her where this man come from. She narrated the whole story, but her relatives demanded from her that this man should leave whether he is here by mistake or not. Early in the morning the girl broke the news to me. I wondered what to do. I had never been to Nairobi, so I didn’t have money to use. I think a little to myself and decided to go to bus station and be taken back to Garrissa. So again on my way to bus station I met with some robbers, in other words chokoras. They looted me. Apart from taking my luggage and my other properties like my mobile phone they also injured me. After they had released me I found a police man passing near to where I was taken when they were torturing me. I called for help but instead of helping me he asked for an ID card. I said I come from the refugee camps. Then the police turned deaf ears and he took me to the police station to arrest me. I was then arrested for 2 months. Then later they asked me my refugee status. I narrated everything then lastly they released me and one of them gave me the fare from Nairobi to Dagahaley. Indeed I decided not to go for holiday.

Now she is in no condition to engage in sports: a few days ago she contracted a cold and the doctor forbade her any physical activity. Usual migraine traditionally treated with special preparations, but in your place I would have consulted with a physician to avoid possible side effects. ambulance workers were unable to accurately convey it, so, after a bad fall in his broken leg has been added and numerous abrasions and bruises. If there is a cold fever, cough, redness of the throat and perceptual difficulties. Do not confuse a cold with dysentery. Sometimes I think I'm a real hypochondriac. After all, as soon as I feel the slightest symptoms, I immediately fall into despair and try to feel the pulse, measure the pressure and find on the Internet all suitable for a description of what happens to me. Keep yourself in shape - it's not such a difficult task as you might think. Some people take things too dramatically and pace yourself diets and then suffer from various diseases and their complications. It looks like he really did not know much about obesity, because he never watches the size of their portions and avoid visiting doctors.
Card 7 I remember once meeting with non-professional surgeon. His wrong destination and caused excruciating pain in my leg. To cure the patient completely - not as easy as it might seem at first glance. It all depends on whether he follows doctor's orders. He can not see beyond his outstretched arm. Is it normal? It looks like he really needs to go to the clinic. Nowadays people often refuse to be vaccinated against many diseases. And then they often suffer from sudden complications. He complains of a headache all day, but we do know that he's just a hypochondriac. Or, he just wants to get away from classes. It looks like he watched too many soap operas on medical subjects, because now he was sure that he was sick with lupus. A life free from any stress - this is the limit of our dreams. I really do not understand how the elderly pensioner can be so cheerful and optimistic. If I were in his place long ago I fell into a depression. Fast food is so highly addictive that many people can not stop eating them. Ends all very sad: despair, obesity, inability to lead a normal life, a heart attack. Of course, you can sue the company, is widely advertised to harm the health of the food, but is there any chance that the result will be satisfactory?
Card 8 His body - a set of folds. Why not work out if he did not give a damn about your health? A feeling that you live only in order to protect her from the excesses. Does this make sense if she does not want to take care of your health? Advertise drugs for weight loss and the so-called standards of beauty provoke disturbances in the psyche of young girls, who later are in pursuit of a non-existent ideal and become "walking skeletons." Apparently, this man is not liked conditions in the hospital. Despite his problems with movement caused by obesity and diabetes, this troublesome patient turned to ruffle the entire staff. Common cold - is so widespread malaise that it is not even a separate full-fledged disease. Recovering after the operation completely knocked it out of the rut. Who knew that in such adverse conditions, he will be the victim of complications? The headache is usually treated with tablets, rest, avoiding the daily stress and listening to pleasant music. But if all of the above does not help you, it is an occasion to reflect. One should never despair. Even if you came down with a nasty disease, should maintain a positive attitude towards life. Complaining about all the minor ailments - true path to awakening hostility by your doctor. Of course, he will ask you to pass tests, x-rays, prescribe unnecessary medicines ... But he will lose the valuable time he could spend on a patient with a serious disease. For a week he had a high fever. But, apparently, this is not enough to make him at least some concern.
