Написать о друге, типо продолжение вот ключевые моменты, что должно входить: 1.books(типо что читает и что любит читать ) 2 - 3 предложения 2. music(типо что любит слушать и тд) 2-3 предложения 3. art(типо рисует что то или ещё что то) 2-3 предложения 4. sport(типо чем щанимается, какие может быть награды (занимается футболом) 3-4 предложения 5. helping your family (те, как он своим родителям, может моет посуду или что то еще ) 2-3 предложения 6. tv(что любит смотреть и самые любимые каналы, фильмы и тд) 3-4 предложения и того должно быть 14-20 предложений главное хотя бы 13 предложений

Now I am going to give a talk about my friend Egor. He very likes reading classic books. His favorite writers are Pushkin and Tolstoi. He listens pop and rock. His favorite groups are Stigmata and Serebro. But he hates theatres. He think that its boring. Also he plays in football team. Once they won tournament in our town. I think that at that moment he was the happiest man in the world. Egor has big famaly and he very love it. He everyday wash floor and water flowers. He likes watch TV with me. He watch scientific programs like Galileo. It is very interesting for him.

Dear Friend: 

The diet mentality tells you that you failed or are failing or whatever negative message you're getting b/c of a slight gain that you're already dealing with. 

On the flip side, the healthy lifestyle mentality tells me that you're succeeding! You had a coupla days of less-than-perfect eating. Your body retained some fluid. It may have begun to store excess glycogen and fat. You stopped burning fat. And then you went back to doing what works! How is this a bad thing? 

I haven't read YOU ON A DIET, but I'm guessing there is info in there about the difference between a diet and learning to maintain a healthy lifestyle, which allows for slower (sometimes oh-so-slow) weight loss and then culminates in MAINTENANCE. 

We MUST get off the diet roller coaster and get on the healthy lifestyle train. Diets don't teach maintenance. They don't teach us how to let-loose for a couple days and then recover from that and move on. Diets teach us there is a perfect way and then there is everything else. 

Healthy lifestyles teach us balance. They teach us about how to maintain a quality of life, about how to indulge and, perhaps occasionally overindulge, and how to regain control to focus on healthy. Healthy lifestyle is about WAY more than diet. Healthy lifestyle never tells us were failures or that weve failed. Healthy lifestyle means we learn not to get mad at ourselves. Healthy lifestyle means we learn new ways to deal with situations we perceive as negative. Healthy lifestyle means we send ourselves positive messages. Healthy lifestyle means we eat the most healthy way we can, most of the time. Healthy lifestyle means we get the minimum amount of water and exercise our body needs but often do more, because we deserve more than the minimum. Healthy lifestyle means were always learning. We keep ourselves open to hear new information that may increase our health. Healthy lifestyle means we take time out to play, to rest, to enjoy our friends and families, to pray or have some quiet time. Diets are temporary . Healthy lifestyle is the journey were on. This journey has no ultimate destination 

And, by the way, friend, if you're still reading this, the day they open the line for perfection, I'm already first! If I don't get to be perfect, neither do you!

Nowadays the theatre is less popular than the cinema. due to the popularity of television and the since appearance of video, theatre has lost a great deal of its attraction. besides, theatre tickets are very expensive, especially in good theatres. so we can say that a visit to a famous theatre has become a luxury. still, the theatre is an inseparable part of the intellectual life of any country. we can even say that the theatre as an art reflects the state of society and of the mind of the nation. in every country theatre has its own history, traditions and peculiarities. there are a lot of theatres in russia and some of them are popular all over the world. in moscow theatre-goers try not to miss the first nights at the vakhtangov, sovremennik, or khudozhestvenny (art) theatres. st. petersburg also has a variety of theatres, which meet all the tastes. lovers of classic music never miss a chance to visit the philharmonic society hall. opera and ballet lovers can go to mariinsky opera house and maly opera house. those who are fond of drama visit the bolshoi drama theatre, alexandrinsky theatre, open theatre and many others. many new theatres and studios have appeared during the last five or ten years. many theatres are famous for theirexcellent company, sets and great directors. i'm not a regular theatre-goer, but sometimes i like to go and see an interesting performance. one of my favourite theatres is the bolshoi drama theatre. it is so not only because of it
