ачерти на листке типа стороны света: вверху север, под ним юг, справа восток, слева запад(типа часов с пометками на 12(север), 3(восток), 6(юг), 9 часах(запад)). Из центра "часов" в масштабе проведи вектор перемещения в направлении северо - восток(подели дугу северо-восток пополам и по линейке отложи в направлении полученной точки 20 мм). Теперь из вершины полученного вектора построй вектор в вертикальном направлении(к северу) длинной 10мм. Соедини полученную точку с точкой начала построения(откуда мы откладывали вектор движения на северо-восток, центр "часов"). Длина результирующего вектора и будет модуль перемещения. А направление из центра часов по этому вектору.
