Speaking about guests’ complaints in a restaurant – a 1st thought that strikes me is a prolonged waiting for your order.
Just imagine, you have only an hour for your lunch but a waiter dawdles and he is not in hurry to take or bring your order.
Some bad-mannered waiters even can ignore your request to make it faster.
It is a very disagreeable situation especially if you are late for the important meeting.
The 2nd place in my list is a wrong order.

For example, you ordered pasta with seafood but a waiter has just brought a borsch to you.

You really have been disliking borsch since your childhood because you have allergy to cabbage.

Now you should wait and waste some time for waiting of your correct order.

And the final thing in my list of guests’ complaints is a something repulsive in your dish.

A fly is swimming in a soup! Do you know somebody who likes a fly in his soup?

I think in this case your lunch would be definitively spoiled.
