I  believe that every person should lead a healthy lifestyle. I try to be healthy, to achieve it do morning exercises, take a cold shower, eat healthy life and go   swimming several times a week. I've never smoked and I have a  negative attitude to those who smoke. I also dislike people using  alcoholic beverages.My  family leads a healthy lifestyle, don't smoke, don't drink, I always try to follow their example. I, like my parents, want to be strong and healthy. It's stupid  to waste my life on illnesses and their treatment..Unfortunately, not many people have a healthy lifestyle, and it will negatively  affect their future life.
