Sport is very important in our life. People go in for sport to be strong and healthy. In my opinion sport is one of the things that help to keep people fit and healthy. Sport is very important in our family. I like to play valleyball.I think that such kind of spending free time is very useful and batter than watching TV or playing computer games. Sport activites help me to be slim strong and healthy because a good health is better than the best madicine. I know a very nice phrase : A sound mind in a sound body. For me it is a big rule.
