How to cook an apple pie:

First, prepare the dough for the apple pie. To do this, mix flour with baking powder, add the chopped cold butter. Add the sour cream. You should get an elastic dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and leave it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
While the dough is in the refrigerator, prepare the stuffing. Mix sour cream, sugar, eggs and flour with the mixer, until complete dissolution of the sugar. 2.
Apples are peeled and the core, cut into slices. You can sprinkle blackened apples, with lemon juice. I cook the apples just before it is time to get the dough from the refrigerator.
3.
Put the dough into the mould with removable sides, pre-grease it. Knead the dough, to get the bumpers. This is our cake's base. Put on the base apples and fill with sour cream filling. We put it in a preheated 180-degree oven for 1 hour. 4.
We take out the finished cake from the oven.
5.
Sprinkle the apple pie with cinnamon and icing sugar

Сначала приготовьте тесто для яблочного пирога. Для этого смешать муку с разрыхлителем, добавить нарезанное холодное масло. Добавьте сметану. Вы должны получить эластичное тесто. Заверните тесто в полиэтиленовую пленку и оставьте на 30 минут в холодильнике.

Посыпаем яблочный пирог корицей и сахарной пудрой
