For a start I can say that English is very simple language. But there are people who have difficulties with learning English. I can recommend them to practice their English with native speaker. For example with Internet, there is a lot of English-speaking people, which can help and want to do it. Another way, there are a lot of foreign tourists in our city. And a lot of travel companies ask for help. Also, you can go abroad and live there.
